Roma complete loan move for Liverpool’s Kostas Tsimikas
Roma’s strong start to the 2025/26 Serie A campaign has been given a further boost, confirming a loan move for Liverpool’s Kostas Tsimikas.
The 29-year-old Greek international left-back saw his role further reduced this summer amid the Reds’ recruitment drive under Arne Slot, with Hungarian starlet Milos Kerkez joining from Bournemouth after his brilliant development on the south coast.

Tsimikas will look to slot into the senior Giallorossi setup quickly after Gian Piero Gasperini’s troops started the new campaign with a 1-0 home win against Bologna.
During a 5 year spell at Anfield, the former Olympiacos standout made 115 appearances across all competitions for the current Premier League holders, helping the club to four major honours and an appearance in the 2021-22 Champions League final.
